Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Doechii & More to Announce 2026 Grammy Nominations on Livestream

The Recording Academy is gearing up for the 2026 Grammy Awards, with a star-studded lineup set to announce the nominations in a live stream. The ceremony, which will be broadcast on CBS for the final time before moving to ABC and Disney starting in 2027, promises to be an exciting ride.

Among those who will reveal the nominees are chart-topping artists like Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Brandi Carlile, Doechii, and more. The likes of Carpenter, who won two Grammys at this year's ceremony, could be nominated for record and song of the year for "Manchild" and album of the year for Man's Best Friend. On the other hand, Chappell Roan could bag a spot in the record and song categories for her hit single "The Subway."

On the traditional pop side, Brandi Carlile is looking good to score a nomination for Who Believes in Angels?, her collaboration with Elton John. Meanwhile, singer Scherzinger is also a likely contender for Best Musical Theater Album.

However, not everyone will be announcing the nominees; some big names like Angelique Kidjo, CeCe Winans, David Foster, Jon Batiste, Karol G, Little Big Town, Lizzo, Masaki Koike, Mumford and Sons, Sam Smith, Gayle King, Dr. Chelsey Green are set to unveil the categories in the live stream.

The ceremony will be broadcast on CBS for the last time before moving to ABC and Disney starting with the 2027 telecast. The Recording Academy's YouTube channel has confirmed that a nominations wrap-up show will air immediately after the announcement of the nominees.

As for the other artists who are set to announce categories, Dr. Chelsey Green is serving as the chairperson of the Recording Academy's board of trustees and Gayle King is co-hosting CBS Mornings
